- Install new 30” base cabinet with counter top sink combo. (2 to choose from)
- Install new 4” spread faucet and drain set to sink. (2 to choose from)
- Install new water supply lines for toilet and sink faucet.
- Install new MDF 2 1/2” baseboards to floor area.
- Prime and paint bathroom semi gloss earth tone color. (5 to choose from)
