Reality TV star and infamous husband Jesse James has put another home he owns in Orange County, Sunset Beach on the market.
The 2,634-square foot condominium, not far from the 2-story, oceanfront house he shared with Oscar-winning actress Sandra Bullock, has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The 3-level, contemporary condo is on a 1,350-square foot lot and has a peek-a-boo bay and ocean view. It’s not directly on the ocean.
Asking price: $1,290,000.
The Realtor is Chuck Buscemi, who is also the agent selling the house that James and Bullock shared before their breakup.
When I called Buscemi to ask about the condo, which just went on the market last week, he declined to discuss it and would not even confirm that it belongs to his celebrity client.
But public records show the property is owned by James.
The condo was built in 2001. The asking price works out to $490 a square foot.
From the listing:
“Spiral staircase, elevator, hardwood floors, granite counters in kitchen & wet bar, two river rock fireplaces, 1 in master bedroom, 1 in living room. High vaulted ceilings, bright and cheery, steps to sand … rooftop deck. 1 bedroom located on first floor.”
James apparently did not live in the condo, which has a tenant. A sign warns potential buyers not to disturb the occupants.
